One of the things that has worked the best for me to lose weight was to reduce my carbohydrate intake. Now don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy my chocolate. But you have to choose your battles. You think you need that toast or cereal for breakfast but you are really not doing anything to assist in losing weight.
Let’s take a look at what I have done to contribute to the success of my own weight loss. I like to consume a protein shake for breakfast and a high protein lunch balanced with some fruits and vegetables. Then for dinner I eat a normal sensible portion with a variety of foods. You will enhance your weight loss by eliminating all bread, dairy and fruit 6 days a week. Then you can have a free day on 1 day a week.
