With the beginning of every season television, the Internet, newspapers and magazines are all full of helpful weight loss tips.

Spring is a pretty easy time of year to plan new diet meals around the fresh spring fruits and vegetables that begin to appear, and the warmer spring breezes offer great encouragement to get outside and get more exercise as a fast way to lose weight.

There is one simple exercise that everyone, man and woman can do to help all those other weight loss tips. It’s called “the bathing suit” excise and it is simple for anyone to do. Just take out last year’s bathing suit, slip it on and then stand in front of the mirror. Not quite the “perfect ten” you want to be? Then it is time to cut down on those fast foods, and concentrate on those healthy fresh foods as a central part of any lose weight diet.

As spring moves into summer, don’t forget to add refreshing drinks such as fresh lemonade to your lose weight diet. Just don’t add raw sugar as a sweetener, but substitute a zero calorie sweetener if needed.

Summer time is a very good time to plan fast ways to lose weight. The weather is so encouraging for everyone to be outdoors and there is gardening, walking, hiking, and other kinds of exercise to do, losing weight is usually easier in the warmest months than any other time of year, which makes it the perfect time to start on your lose weight diet. And those fresh summer foods that come into the markets more and more make it easy to make those weight loss meal plans that are summertime tasty, yet nourishing and appetizing, too.

As autumn appears, so do the special fall root vegetables and crisp apples and fresh apple cider to bring a new flavor to your lose weight diet. And don’t be discouraged! There is nothing like brisk walks down a country lane in the fall, which can make any thought of the hot sun of summer fade away. Some surveys have suggested that many women think of fall as the perfect time to find a fast way to lose weight. The children are back in school, and there is more time for women to take care of their own needs. This is a great time to make new weight loss meal plans, which might include applies chopped up and added to a chicken salad for a light lunch. And don’t forget to keep the skin on the apples for the added fiber it provides.  These are just a few of many healthy living tips.

But as the snow begins to fly, special challenges appear that demand special new dieting tips. Winter is a special season when the winter holidays make it difficult to find a fast way to lose weight. Many people suffer from SAD, or Seasonal Affective Disorder which is easily treated by light therapies or perhaps medication prescribed by a physician. But shorter and often darker days make it harder to stay on a lose weight diet, so some special losing weight tips are in order.

  • Try eating five fast diet meals each day. Make each meal small, but just enough to keep the cravings for food at bay during winter’s shortest days.
  • A brisk walk early in the cold morning air is invigorating and helps keep the body systems in tune.
  • Take some time indoors to plan and re-plan meals, concentrating on reducing fat content in meals, making them all special diets to lose weight.
