Since we are already in October (how does that happen?) I thought we could talk about a scary topic, heavy metal toxins. The list below is pulled from the Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease Registry. There are a lot of scary things out there in the world, and four of the top 10 Hazardous Substances are heavy metals. The other top 20 items are all scary things that we brilliant humans have invented or found a way to dispose of in an improper manner.
