Do you get the grumbellies at 3 or 4pm in the afternoon?  I have got a great solution for you!

Eat a sensible snack like tree nuts, vegetables, or fruits.

One of the best snacks out there is tree nuts. Almonds, cashews, walnuts, are great sources of essential fatty acids, protein and fiber. They take longer for the body to digest and therefore you feel full longer. They are not chocked full of simple sugars like a candy bar that give you that initial rush but then let you down. I would recommend avoiding peanuts when possible because many people have some degree of food intolerances to peanuts. Remember small changes make big progress.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are lower in calories and will give you nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, and protein. Do yourself a favor and pack a lunch or a snack bag for the next day before you go to bed at night. You can get great organic carrots, peppers, radishes, apples, grapefruits, strawberries, that make great snacks and can be very satisfying.
