I don’t really condone the concept of dieting, but I do condone the concept of modifying your diet.  When I discuss diet I am referring to the quality and content of the food you consume. This site has an ebook that can help you on your way.

Ali Hale has a post about how we eat too fast. I remember when my son was born and graduated to baby food.  It took about 30 minutes from start to finish for him to eat.  My wife and I would gulp down food in 5 minutes.  Seems kinda foolish doesn’t it?
